Orders & Customisation

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order just one piñata. We also offer multi-packs for party favours and corporate events — get in touch for bulk pricing.

Can I choose what goes inside the piñata?

Yes. We can fill your piñata with sweets, small toys, or confetti. Just let us know your preference when ordering. You can also request an empty piñata if you'd prefer to fill it yourself.

Can I order a completely custom piñata?

Absolutely — custom orders are what we do best. You can send us a photo, a logo, a character, a person, a pet, or just a description of what you have in mind. If you can imagine it, we can build it. Use our contact form or email us at hello@pinatas.gr to get started.

How does the custom order process work?

It's simple. You send us your idea or photo, we come back to you within 24 hours with a digital preview of what your piñata will look like. Once you're happy and approve the design, we get to work. Nothing goes into production until you've signed off on it — so what you see is exactly what you get.

Can I order a piñata that looks like a real person?

Yes, and it's one of our most popular requests. Birthdays, leaving parties, hen dos, corporate events — a piñata of someone's face is always the moment of the evening. Just send us a clear photo and we'll take care of the rest.

Can you make piñatas with a company logo?

Yes. We work with businesses regularly for product launches, team events, award ceremonies and brand activations. Send us your logo and brief and we'll create something that genuinely surprises your audience.

Delivery & Shipping

Do you deliver across all of Greece?

Yes — we deliver to every corner of Greece, including the islands. Orders are shipped via courier with tracking so you always know where your piñata is.

How long does delivery take?

Ready-to-ship piñatas are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 2–3 days after that. Custom orders take 5–7 working days to produce, then 2–3 days to deliver. We'd always recommend ordering with a few days to spare.

Is there free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders over €59. For orders under €59, a standard delivery fee applies at checkout.

Can I get express delivery if I need it urgently?

Contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help. We can't always guarantee it, but if time allows we'll try to accommodate urgent requests — especially for events we know can't be rescheduled.

Do you ship outside Greece?

Currently we focus on delivery within Greece to ensure the best quality and fastest turnaround.
